  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of Mullins Primary Care clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  2. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  3. Monitor and analyze clinic productivity and financial performance, and make necessary adjustments to meet organizational goals.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and patients.
  5. Hire, train, and manage clinic staff, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  7. Maintain a safe and professional working environment for all staff and patients.
  8. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  9. Manage clinic inventory and supplies, and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to optimize clinic operations.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and complaints, and address any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Act as a liaison between the clinic and the MUSC Health organization, communicating updates and progress to upper management.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for the clinic.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Primary Care Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Laws, As Well As Experience With Compliance And Quality Improvement Processes.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Physicians, Staff, And Patients From Diverse Backgrounds.
