Chief Wellbeing Officer - Enterprise

MUSC Health is seeking an innovative Chief Wellbeing Officer - Enterprise to oversee our organization’s comprehensive wellbeing program. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of individuals and be able to develop and implement strategies to promote wellbeing in the workplace.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, forward-thinking professional to make a significant impact on our organization. The Chief Wellbeing Officer - Enterprise will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive wellbeing program that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of MUSC Health. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of experience in employee wellbeing, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful wellbeing initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive wellbeing program that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of MUSC Health.
2. Lead and inspire a team to promote employee, patient, and stakeholder wellbeing.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Develop and implement successful wellbeing initiatives.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives.
6. Provide guidance and support to team members on wellbeing-related topics.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Develop and manage the wellbeing program’s budget.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the success of the wellbeing program.
