1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to shape and maintain a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
2. Lead and oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
3. Drive the growth and development of our organization by identifying and implementing innovative strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
4. Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, and professional development.

11. Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
12. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
