Advanced Degree In Nursing Or Healthcare Administration, Such As A Master Of Science In Nursing Or Master Of Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Nursing Leadership Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Accreditation Standards, And Quality Improvement Processes.
