- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote and expand student enrollment for the College of Health Professions at MUSC Health.
- Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to attract prospective students to the College of Health Professions, including attending recruitment events and networking with potential students and their families.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies for the College of Health Professions.
- Serve as a liaison between the College of Health Professions and other departments within MUSC Health to coordinate recruitment efforts and ensure a cohesive and consistent message is being conveyed to prospective students.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and methods, such as social media, email campaigns, and informational sessions, to engage with prospective students and promote the College of Health Professions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions to establish a pipeline for student recruitment.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process for prospective students.
- Act as a resource for prospective students by providing information and guidance on program offerings, admissions requirements, and financial aid opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
- Represent the College of Health Professions at conferences, fairs, and other events to promote the programs and attract potential students.
- Serve as a mentor and provide support to current students to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and changes in the healthcare field to effectively communicate the benefits of the College of Health Professions’ programs to prospective students.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and distribute promotional materials for the College of Health Professions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and student inquiries.
- Uphold and promote the values and mission of MUSC Health and the College of Health Professions in all recruitment efforts.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Marketing, Or Healthcare Administration
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Student Recruitment, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry
Familiarity With Marketing And Advertising Strategies For Attracting Potential Students
Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry And Current Trends In Education And Enrollment.
