  • Design, develop, and implement clinical applications, specifically in the areas of laboratory information systems and Beaker, to support the needs of the organization
  • Provide technical expertise and support for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of clinical applications
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to clinical applications and provide timely resolutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation for clinical applications, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical applications and use this knowledge to enhance the organization's systems and processes
  • Train end-users on the functionality and use of clinical applications, and provide ongoing support and training as needed
  • Participate in project planning and management activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment of new clinical applications
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security protocols in all clinical application activities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in clinical applications and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with clinical applications
  • Act as a subject matter expert on clinical applications and provide guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Application Support, Specifically With Lis (Laboratory Information Systems) And Beaker.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare It Systems And Clinical Workflows.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.

  • Experience With Project Management And The Ability To Lead And Coordinate System Upgrades, Implementations, And Enhancements.
