  1. Manage and analyze the 340B program at MUSC Health, including all aspects of program operations and compliance.
  2. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of 340B program regulations and guidelines.
  3. Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize program benefits.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting for 340B program requirements.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to optimize 340B program operations and compliance.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert for the 340B program and provide guidance and support to other members of the team.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  8. Maintain relationships with external entities, such as drug manufacturers and third-party administrators, to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  9. Keep up-to-date with changes in 340B regulations and guidelines and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Provide training and education to staff on 340B program policies and procedures.
  11. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with 340B program requirements.
  12. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
  13. Conduct ongoing evaluation and analysis of the 340B program to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all 340B program activities.
  15. Participate in 340B program audits and provide necessary documentation and support as needed.
  16. Collaborate with other departments on special projects related to the 340B program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In 340B Program Management Or Analysis.

  • Strong Knowledge Of 340B Program Regulations And Compliance.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Using 340B Software And Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Healthcare Stakeholders.
