Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Internship is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in the Human Resources field. Interns can apply their education, skills and experience while gaining practical HR experience with Moxa. As an HR intern, you’ll work on strategic projects, help to support HR operations, and learn from a team of HR professionals. Support a variety of HR processes and administration. Work on key projects supporting difference areas of HR (on-boarding, recruiting, wellness program). Data Entry, filing and other HR projects as necessary. Research, design, and develop solutions to assigned projects and tasks related to HR. Conducts benefit enrollment for new employees.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a degree in an HR-related field

  • Preferably junior year of school.

  • Understanding of basic HR concepts
