Transaction Services Senior

At Moss Adams, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Transaction Services team as a Senior. As a Senior, you will be a key member of our transaction services team, providing financial due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients. To be successful, you must possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in transaction services in a public accounting or consulting firm. A CPA and/or CFA is preferred, but not required. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships.
3. Prepare financial analysis and valuation models.
4. Prepare engagement reports and other deliverables.
5. Liaise with clients, lawyers, and other external stakeholders.
6. Identify and communicate key risks associated with transactions.
7. Manage multiple transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
9. Develop and implement best practices and processes for engagement management.
10. Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
