Transaction Services Senior

The ideal candidate will possess the qualifications and expertise necessary to provide our clients with the highest level of service and support.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of five years of experience in transaction services, preferably at a public accounting firm. A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred. We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem solving and analytical capabilities. The successful candidate should also have a deep understanding of capital markets, SEC rules and regulations, and accounting issues related to mergers and acquisitions. Furthermore, this individual should be able to work independently and manage multiple engagements. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent client service and support for all transaction services engagements.
2. Understand capital markets, SEC rules and regulations, and accounting issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
3. Analyze financial data and identify issues and solutions.
4. Manage multiple engagements and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
6. Develop internal and external relationships to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
7. Remain current on the latest industry trends and regulations.
8. Participate in training, learning, and development activities.
9. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents.
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
