Moss Adams is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Tax Senior Manager - Asset Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to our clients in the asset management industry. You will be a key member of the tax team, collaborating with our clients and ensuring the accuracy of all tax filings.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in tax, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up to date on the latest tax regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage tax compliance and consulting services to clients in the asset management industry.
  2. Ensure accuracy of all tax filings.
  3. Collaborate with clients to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns.
  4. Stay up to date on all applicable tax regulations and provide guidance to clients.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Manage complex tax projects, including research and analysis.
  7. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and provide recommendations for tax planning strategies.
  8. Prepare responses to IRS notices and other correspondence.
  9. Assist with audits and other tax examinations.
  10. Lead tax planning and consulting engagements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting Or Related Field

  • At Least Years Of Tax Experience

  • Experience In The Asset Management Industry

  • Cpa License Or Equivalent

  • Exceptional Knowledge Of Tax Regulations And Laws

  • Demonstrated Understanding Of Fund Structures And Investments

  • Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Complex Projects

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills.
