Responsibilities: • Optimize resource utilization and ensure high-quality service delivery • Develop and implement resource management strategies to maximize organizational efficiency • Monitor utilization of resources and provide timely reports to management • Establish resource allocation plans and prioritize tasks accordingly • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders • Provide guidance and support to other departments when needed • Analyze resource utilization data and identify areas of improvement • Monitor compliance with resource management policies and procedures • Ensure accurate and timely recording of resource data • Maintain an up-to-date resource database • Stay abreast of current trends in resource management and best practices
