Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented NetSuite Technical Consultant to join our Moss Adams team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, configuring NetSuite to meet those requirements, and providing technical support. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high degree of technical acumen and have a deep understanding of NetSuite configuration best practices.The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mentality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer requirements and configure NetSuite to meet those requirements.
  2. Provide technical support to customers.
  3. Identify and develop best practices for NetSuite configuration.
  4. Maintain a customer-first attitude.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  6. Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  8. Develop and deploy custom reports.
  9. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Research and stay up to date with industry trends and developments in NetSuite.
