Responsibilities:

• Configure NetSuite to meet the specific needs of clients • Provide high-quality training and support to clients • Maintain and update NetSuite configurations as necessary • Troubleshoot technical issues in NetSuite • Develop and deliver presentations and demos on NetSuite • Research and develop new solutions and processes to improve NetSuite efficiency • Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation of NetSuite • Document procedures, processes, and best practices for NetSuite use • Participate in client meetings to answer NetSuite-related questions and provide guidance • Stay up to date with new NetSuite features and functionality
