He/she should also have experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. In addition, the successful candidate will be a creative problem solver and possess the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR team to ensure successful implementation of all HR initiatives.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.
- Create, implement, and manage performance management systems.
- Maintain employee records and monitor compliance with all relevant employment laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work culture and foster collaboration.
- Resolve employee issues and address employee grievances.
- Create and implement employee development plans and career paths.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
- Plan and coordinate company events and activities.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas of improvement.
