The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of HR experience in a management role, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and a working knowledge of all relevant employment laws and best practices. He/she should also have experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. In addition, the successful candidate will be a creative problem solver and possess the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the HR team to ensure successful implementation of all HR initiatives.
  2. Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.
  3. Create, implement, and manage performance management systems.
  4. Maintain employee records and monitor compliance with all relevant employment laws.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work culture and foster collaboration.
  6. Resolve employee issues and address employee grievances.
  7. Create and implement employee development plans and career paths.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
  9. Plan and coordinate company events and activities.
  10. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas of improvement.
