Government Contractor Compliance Manager

Moss Adams is seeking an experienced and qualified Government Contractor Compliance Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding of the complexities of government contracting and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us provide the best service to our clients.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as a high degree of attention to detail. The ability to work with a wide range of people at all levels is a must. Above all, the Government Contractor Compliance Manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in government contracting compliance. A professional certification in government contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and enforce compliance with federal regulations applicable to government contracting.
2. Identify and evaluate risks associated with government contracts.
3. Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures related to government contracting compliance.
4. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of government contracts and their potential implications.
5. Prepare and review reports and documents related to government contracting compliance.
6. Establish and maintain effective relationships with government contracting personnel.
7. Provide guidance and direction to internal teams on government contracting compliance matters.
8. Assist in the development of training materials for personnel on government contracting compliance.
9. Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with government contracting regulations.
10. Monitor and keep abreast of changes to government contracting regulations.
