
Government Contractor Compliance Manager
Moss Adams is seeking an experienced and qualified Government Contractor Compliance Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding of the complexities of government contracting and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us provide the best service to our clients.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as a high degree of attention to detail. The ability to work with a wide range of people at all levels is a must. Above all, the Government Contractor Compliance Manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in government contracting compliance. A professional certification in government contracting is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with federal regulations applicable to government contracting.
- Identify and evaluate risks associated with government contracts.
- Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures related to government contracting compliance.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of government contracts and their potential implications.
- Prepare and review reports and documents related to government contracting compliance.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with government contracting personnel.
- Provide guidance and direction to internal teams on government contracting compliance matters.
- Assist in the development of training materials for personnel on government contracting compliance.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with government contracting regulations.
- Monitor and keep abreast of changes to government contracting regulations.
