
Assurance Manager - Health Care
Moss Adams is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Assurance Manager with a strong background in Health Care to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing assurance services to Health Care clients in a variety of settings. They will possess a strong technical and communication skillset and be able to build relationships with clients while offering professional advice and support.The successful candidate will be required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Health Care assurance services and possess a CPA/ACA/ACCA certification. They will also have a strong knowledge of US GAAP, and experience with relevant audit software. They will have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce accurate and timely work. The Assurance Manager should be a collaborative team player who can think strategically and lead by example. Responsibilities:
- Provide assurance services to Health Care clients in a variety of settings.
- Build relationships and offer professional advice and support.
- Gather and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
- Utilize relevant audit software to prepare financial statements and reports.
- Develop detailed audit plans and ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Identify and communicate key financial and operational risks to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of engagements.
- Stay up to date with the latest accounting and auditing standards.
- Lead by example and mentor junior members of the team.
- Manage client relationships and expectations.
