Assurance Manager - Health Care

Moss Adams is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Assurance Manager with a strong background in Health Care to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing assurance services to Health Care clients in a variety of settings. They will possess a strong technical and communication skillset and be able to build relationships with clients while offering professional advice and support.The successful candidate will be required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Health Care assurance services and possess a CPA/ACA/ACCA certification. They will also have a strong knowledge of US GAAP, and experience with relevant audit software. They will have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce accurate and timely work. The Assurance Manager should be a collaborative team player who can think strategically and lead by example. Responsibilities:

1. Provide assurance services to Health Care clients in a variety of settings.
2. Build relationships and offer professional advice and support.
3. Gather and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
4. Utilize relevant audit software to prepare financial statements and reports.
5. Develop detailed audit plans and ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
6. Identify and communicate key financial and operational risks to clients.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of engagements.
8. Stay up to date with the latest accounting and auditing standards.
9. Lead by example and mentor junior members of the team.
10. Manage client relationships and expectations.
