Moss Adams is looking for a talented and motivated Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for providing exceptional client service and possesses the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field• Five years of experience in public accounting, with at least three years of assurance experience• Possess a CPA license; CIA or CISA is a plus• Experience working with large, complex clients• Proven leadership and management skillsWe are seeking an individual with excellent technical accounting and communication skills, who is able to work independently and effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assurance engagements for large, complex clients.
- Provide technical accounting and assurance services to a variety of clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and that work is completed in accordance with applicable standards.
- Identify issues and suggest solutions to problems.
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
- Monitor and review performance of junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with Moss Adams policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to procedures, systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of technical accounting and assurance standards.
