
Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting our operations team by providing analysis and insights into our workforce planning and management.The ideal candidate should possess a high level of expertise in workforce management, including a thorough understanding of scheduling, forecasting, and optimization techniques. In addition, the successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to think strategically, and excellent communication skills. This individual should also be comfortable working independently and have the ability to multi-task effectively. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired, but not required.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the financial services industry and who is a dedicated and resourceful problem-solver. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workforce management solutions to optimize the performance of the operations team.
- Create and deliver timely and accurate forecasts, schedules, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems to ensure effective workforce planning and management.
- Analyze current performance of the operations team and develop plans for improvement.
- Monitor and maintain workforce data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to support operational goals.
- Provide timely and effective communication to stakeholders and team members.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices for workforce management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
