- Provide legal advice and guidance to wealth management teams on complex contractual matters.

Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree And Active License To Practice Law In Relevant State(S)
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management And Investment Advisory Contract Law
Strong Understanding Of Securities Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Wealth Management
Excellent Drafting And Negotiation Skills With Proven Ability To Review And Revise Complex Legal Contracts
