  1. Review and evaluate practices of wealth management branches to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Identify potential risks within wealth management branches and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Work closely with branch managers and advisors to gather information and conduct interviews.
  4. Analyze financial records and documents to assess compliance and identify any discrepancies.
  5. Conduct on-site inspections of wealth management branches to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance.
  7. Communicate effectively with branch managers and advisors to provide guidance and support in maintaining compliance.
  8. Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to discuss and address any areas of concern.
  10. Conduct training sessions for branch managers and advisors on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  11. Conduct investigations into potential violations and report findings to senior management.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all branch examinations.
  14. Represent the company in meetings with regulatory agencies.
  15. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of branch examinations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Auditing, Or Regulatory Examination In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Securities Regulations, Including Finra, Sec, And State Securities Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And Regulators.

  • Detail-Oriented And Analytical Mindset, With The Ability To Identify Potential Compliance Risks And Recommend Appropriate Solutions.
