- Conduct branch examinations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Review and analyze financial documents, including client account statements and investment portfolios.
- Identify potential risks and areas for improvement within the branch's operations and procedures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and work collaboratively to implement necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide training and guidance to branch employees on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance measures and identify any areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of branch examinations and audit reports.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to share best practices and ensure consistency in compliance standards.
- Serve as a resource for branch employees regarding compliance and regulatory questions and concerns.
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay informed on current trends and regulations.
- Proactively identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities within the branch.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With A Focus On Wealth Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Certified Fraud Examiner (Cfe) Preferred.
