Job Description

Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly motivated Vice President, WM Financial Crimes Risk to join our team. We are looking for a strategic leader who has a deep understanding of financial crime risk and compliance and is passionate about driving the development of innovative strategies and solutions to protect our customers and our organization.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a financial services environment, preferably within wealth management. A strong background in Anti-Money Laundering, KYC/KYB, and financial crime risk management is essential, as well as the ability to lead projects and teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders. The Vice President, WM Financial Crimes Risk will have a deep understanding of the applicable regulations and financial crime risk best practices.   3. Act as a strategic leader with a deep understanding of financial crime risk and compliance.
  4. Negotiate and influence internal stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and financial crime risk best practices.
  6. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Remain passionate about driving excellence and innovation in the organization.
