Job Description

This individual will focus their efforts on developing strategy, campaigns, and programs to educate and drive utilization of options, margin, and fully paid lending, as well as new trading & research features on ETRADE’s web platform and app. This individual is a strategic thinker who thrives in a team-based, customer-focused, and results-oriented environment, embraces challenges and change, and can work well with multiple parties under tight deadlines. Be the marketing expert on your product lines. Understand the competitive landscape. Work with analytics to assess the effectiveness of your marketing programs. Plan and manage the launch of new products, feature updates, growth and engagement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience

  • At least 3 years in the retail brokerage or related financial services category

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience in developing email campaigns to drive engagement

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and tactically to drive business outcomes
