  1. Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to ensure the financial stability and success of the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze credit risk exposures and provide timely and accurate reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with various teams within the organization to identify potential credit risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to credit risk management and ensure compliance.
  5. Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and make recommendations for risk mitigation and control measures.
  6. Communicate credit risk management strategies and initiatives to the organization in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and other external parties.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of credit risk professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the credit risk management function.
  10. Participate in meetings and discussions with senior management to provide insights and recommendations on credit risk management.
  11. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other departments within the organization to ensure effective risk management practices.
  12. Conduct ongoing monitoring and assessment of credit risk metrics and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  13. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on credit risk management best practices and procedures.
  14. Represent the organization in industry forums and conferences to stay informed on best practices and share knowledge and insights with others.
  15. Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements, in the execution of credit risk management responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Credit Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, And Structured Products. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Assessing And Managing Credit Risk.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Role Of Vp, Credit Risk Involves Managing A Team Of Risk Professionals. The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading Teams And Developing Talent, As Well As The Ability To Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Team Culture.
