  1. Develop and execute the institutional equity strategy for Morgan Stanley in collaboration with senior leadership.
  2. Ensure the delivery of top-tier service and solutions to institutional clients.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks for the institutional equity business.
  4. Manage and oversee a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm's products and services, utilizing this knowledge to effectively sell and cross-sell to clients.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the firm, such as research and investment banking, to provide integrated solutions to clients.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform business decisions.
  9. Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and drive results.
  10. Represent Morgan Stanley at industry events and conferences, promoting the firm's brand and expertise in institutional equity.

  • Extensive Experience In Institutional Equity: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Institutional Equity, With A Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Products, And Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As Vice President, Institutional Equity, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Equity Professionals.
