
Vice President - Compensation Job Architecture
Morgan Stanley is looking for a Vice President - Compensation Job Architecture to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to lead the global compensation job architecture at Morgan Stanley. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, analytical, and has a passion for managing job architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of job architecture, including job levels, job families, job classifications, and job competencies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in job architecture, management, or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to develop job architecture for a large complex organization. In addition, the candidate must possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement best practices in job architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain job architecture, including job levels, job families, job classifications, and job competencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze job requirements and design job architecture that meets the organization's needs.
- Research and analyze best practices in job architecture and develop strategies for implementation.
- Monitor and report on job architecture performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the development of tools and processes to ensure job architecture accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain a current and accurate job architecture database.
- Develop and implement job architecture training programs for stakeholders.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure job architecture alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on job architecture-related issues.
- Analyze job architecture-related data and provide meaningful insights.
