  8. Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for new and existing third party relationships.
  10. Implement and maintain a robust third party risk management framework.
  11. Communicate risk management policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders.
  12. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on risk management initiatives and results.
  13. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the risk management function.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on operational risk management for the organization.
  15. Represent the organization in external meetings with third party partners and regulatory bodies.
  16. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
  17. Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  18. Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability within the organization.
  19. Continuously evaluate and enhance the risk management program to align with industry standards and best practices.
  20. Act as a thought leader and drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the risk management function.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Operational Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Operational Risk, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
