Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive vendor risk management program.
- Monitor vendor risk profiles and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze vendor performance and assess potential risks.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Monitor vendor activities and review vendor performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of vendor data and compliance with vendor requirements.
- Establish policies and procedures to ensure vendor compliance and maintain the highest standards of operational and financial risk management.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective action.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in vendor risk management.
