Vendor Risk Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive vendor risk management program.
2. Monitor vendor risk profiles and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Analyze vendor performance and assess potential risks.
4. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency.
5. Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
7. Monitor vendor activities and review vendor performance reports.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of vendor data and compliance with vendor requirements.
9. Establish policies and procedures to ensure vendor compliance and maintain the highest standards of operational and financial risk management.
10. Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective action.
11. Provide timely feedback and guidance to vendors and internal stakeholders.
12. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in vendor risk management.
