
US Tax Operations Manager

- Oversee all aspects of tax operations for the US business at Morgan Stanley.
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

- Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge within the tax operations department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and technology to improve tax operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external parties to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to tax operations as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Operations, Preferably In A Financial Institution Or Large Corporation.
Advanced Knowledge Of Us Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Experience With Federal, State, And Local Tax Returns.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Tax Software And Systems, Such As Thomson Reuters, Cch, Or Onesource.
