Trading Harmonization Strategy

The candidate will work with business heads across the Capital Markets, Advisory, Platforms, and Technology teams to drive progress across a number of key business initiatives aimed at enhancing our trading capabilities and building towards uniting our trading desks. Assisting in the development of the priority projects, including presenting to senior management on the direction and progress towards goals Collaborating with the Platforms and Technology teams on the prioritization and execution of key initiatives. Overseeing key projects - design /execution of the implementation process, including business requirement gathering, communicating with stakeholders, process documentation, solutions design, UAT. Coordinate the further enhancements of our fixed income trading platforms. Manage the relationships with external trading partners and platform vendors.
