Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor Morgan Stanley’s trading activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Create, implement, and review policies and procedures related to trade surveillance.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trade surveillance.
  5. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the regulatory environment.
  6. Utilize analytical and technical skills to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
  7. Work independently and collaboratively to achieve desired results.
  8. Remain current on developments in the financial services industry through continual learning.
