- Oversee the client reporting process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and review team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the client reporting process.
- Develop and implement procedures and controls to maintain the highest level of quality in client reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to client reporting.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in client reports, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding their reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the client reporting process.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources for success.
- Act as a point of escalation for any complex or urgent client reporting matters.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on team and individual performance to upper management.

- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive client information.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With A Focus On Client Reporting And Data Analysis
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Regulatory Requirements
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Clients
Proficient In Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, And Other Data Analysis Tools, With The Ability To Create And Present Comprehensive Reports To Senior Management And Clients.
