ServiceNow Technical Architect

This role requires a technical leader with a deep understanding of ServiceNow and its capabilities to ensure that our ServiceNow environment is efficient, reliable, and secure.The ideal candidate for this role must have a proven track record of success in designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions. They must have a strong background in software architecture and be able to effectively work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of our ServiceNow solutions. 1. Develop, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow environment.
2. Design and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
3. Create software architectures that ensure a secure and efficient ServiceNow environment.
4. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
5. Stay up to date on emerging trends in the ServiceNow space.
6. Monitor performance of ServiceNow solutions and identify areas for improvement.
7. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow solutions.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to internal users.
9. Develop and maintain ServiceNow documentation.
10. Manage and monitor ServiceNow security.
