Job Description

Morgan Stanley is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing ServiceNow applications, customizing system configurations, and integrating ServiceNow with other applications. We’re looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, experience in ITSM, and knowledge of ServiceNow’s latest version. You should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions
  2. Customizing system configurations and integrating ServiceNow with other applications
  3. Developing ServiceNow applications
  4. Keeping up to date with ServiceNow's latest version
  5. Problem-solving and communication skills

  7. Working to meet deadlines
  8. Working with other departments to ensure ServiceNow applications are meeting their requirements
  9. Ensuring ServiceNow applications are tested and secure
  10. Keeping up to date with trends and best practices in ServiceNow development
