At Morgan Stanley, we are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong Python programming skills to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects in an environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop high-performance applications and services to meet our clients’ needs. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software components, and you will collaborate with other members of the Engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer, with expertise in Python programming. Responsibilities:

Develop high-performance applications and services to meet customer needs
Design, develop, and maintain software components
Collaborate with other members of the Engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications
Identify and implement improvements to existing software systems
Analyze and refine software requirements
Follow established coding standards and software development best practices
