  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the firm.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with innovative solutions.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand the client base.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the firm.

  8. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on market trends and new product offerings.

  10. Mentor and train junior team members to improve overall sales performance.
  11. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  14. Represent the firm with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Experience Should Showcase A Successful Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Strong Customer Relationship Management Skills.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Products: The Senior Sales Specialist Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Financial Products And Services, Including Investments, Wealth Management, And Retirement Planning. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Advise And Guide Clients Towards Suitable Investment Decisions.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Relationships With Clients And Understanding Their Needs. The Candidate Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Address Any Inquiries Or Concerns They May Have.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities: As A Senior Role, The Sales Specialist Should Have Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Sales Strategies. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Collective Sales Goals While Also Setting A Positive Example For Their Colleagues.

  • Financial Industry Knowledge And Qualifications: A Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Preferred For This Role.
