Job Description

At Morgan Stanley, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized Senior RPA Developer to join our team and shape the future of robotic process automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RPA technology and the ability to develop automated processes that are reliable, secure, and efficient.The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and problem solver, able to take initiative and provide creative solutions to complex problems. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to a changing landscape and utilize new technologies.We require a minimum of 5 years experience developing RPA solutions, preferably on a large scale. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics is also required. Knowledge of scripting languages, databases, and/or object-oriented programming is preferred.We’re looking for a driven professional who is equally adept at developing innovative solutions as they are at collaborating and motivating cross-functional teams.   9. Ensure all processes adhere to industry regulations and standards.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
