Senior Manager -Java

Responsibilities: • Set team goals and objectives for each project and ensure completion on time and within budget • Develop, implement and oversee Java development frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate • Manage a team of Java developers and oversee the entire development process from design to deployment • Train and mentor developers in the latest Java technologies and tools • Monitor and report on the progress of projects and make necessary adjustments • Provide technical support to developers as needed • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the development process • Ensure code quality and performance standards are met • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
