- Develop, implement, and maintain effective cyber security strategies and protocols to protect the organization and its clients' sensitive information.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential weaknesses and threats in the organization's systems.
- Monitor and analyze cyber security alerts and events to detect and respond to potential threats in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve security incidents, working closely with other teams and stakeholders to mitigate risks and prevent future occurrences.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and threats, and proactively recommend and implement measures to strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that security measures are incorporated into the design and implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation of security procedures, guidelines, and protocols for internal reference and compliance purposes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber security matters, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on cyber security best practices and procedures.
- Participate in incident response drills and exercises to test the organization's preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Cyber Security Analysis, With A Focus On Threat Detection And Incident Response.
Expertise In Utilizing Various Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Siem, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Vulnerability Scanning.
Strong Understanding Of Network And System Security Principles, As Well As Knowledge Of Common Attack Techniques And Mitigation Strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field; Advanced Certifications Such As Cissp Or Cism Are Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
