  1. Develop and implement business continuity and resilience strategies to ensure the continuity of business operations.
  2. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in business processes and systems and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain business continuity plans.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical business functions and prioritize recovery efforts.
  5. Coordinate and conduct training and exercises to test the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's business continuity and resilience capabilities.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on business continuity and resilience, providing guidance and support to business units across the organization.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to raise awareness and promote a culture of resilience within the organization.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to business continuity and resilience.
  10. Participate in incident response and crisis management activities as needed.
  11. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors involved in business continuity and resilience.
  12. Continuously evaluate and update business continuity plans to reflect changes in the organization's structure, processes, and technologies.
  13. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business continuity and resilience procedures and processes.
  15. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the organization's overall resilience.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Business Continuity Planning And Crisis Management: A Senior Analyst, Business Continuity & Resilience At Morgan Stanley Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Continuity Principles, Planning Methodologies, And Crisis Management Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Potential Risks, And Develop Effective Solutions Is Essential For A Senior Analyst In This Role. This Includes The Ability To Think Critically And Make Sound Decisions In High-Pressure Situations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Analyst, Business Continuity & Resilience, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Employees, And External Partners.
