Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience across the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of potential risks and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical business processes and develop contingency plans for their uninterrupted operation.
  4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing business continuity plans, and make necessary updates and improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity and resilience.
  6. Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in for business continuity and resilience initiatives.
  7. Train and educate employees on business continuity protocols and procedures.
  8. Lead and facilitate business continuity exercises and simulations to test the organization's readiness in the event of a disruption.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on business continuity and resilience-related matters.
  10. Keep accurate records and documentation of all business continuity activities and initiatives.
  11. Analyze and report on the organization's business continuity performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Stay organized and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and their interdependencies to effectively identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure their business continuity plans align with the organization's requirements.
  15. Foster a culture of resilience and preparedness throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Continuity And Resilience, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Industry Certifications Such As Cbcp (Certified Business Continuity Professional) Or Mbci (Member Of The Business Continuity Institute).

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Experience In Developing And Implementing Business Continuity Plans.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Strategically And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
