  1. Provide high-quality customer service to clients by promptly responding to their inquiries and requests.
  2. Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing client presentations and materials.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings between the sales team and clients.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  6. Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support the sales team in developing effective strategies.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations to be used by the sales team in client meetings.
  8. Monitor and track sales activities, including sales pipelines and revenue targets.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all processes and procedures are in line with company and regulatory standards.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  11. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the sales process.
  12. Take ownership of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the sales team.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
