  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk ranking system.
  3. Utilize data analysis and industry knowledge to identify and evaluate potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights on potential risks.
  5. Communicate risk rankings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and track changes in risk rankings and provide regular updates to management.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to risk management.
  8. Work with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.
  11. Provide training and guidance on risk management processes and procedures.
  12. Participate in risk management meetings and contribute to the development of risk management strategies.
  13. Conduct regular reviews of risk ranking processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of risk ranking processes and results.
  16. Continuously evaluate and improve risk ranking methodologies and tools.
  17. Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  18. Act as a subject matter expert on risk management for internal and external stakeholders.
  19. Lead and mentor junior team members, as needed.
  20. Uphold the firm's values and code of conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Products And Markets, As Well As Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
