  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within the organization's operations.

  3. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to gather information and assess potential risks.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's risk management practices are current and effective.
  6. Communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies to senior management and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations and recommendations.
  7. Monitor and report on risk management activities and outcomes, including identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments.
  8. Conduct risk training for employees and provide ongoing support to promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk management within the organization.
  9. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established risk management policies and procedures.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as regulatory bodies and risk management associations, to stay informed on best practices and industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution.

  • Proficiency In Risk Assessment And Mitigation Techniques, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Evaluate Potential Risks And Develop Effective Strategies To Mitigate Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Complex Risk Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
