Job Description

Morgan Stanley is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RFP Writer Associate to join our team. This individual will be a key contributor to the organization and must have excellent written communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional experience in writing for the financial services industry, specifically in creating Requests for Proposals (RFPs). In addition to having experience with a wide range of financial products, the successful candidate should be able to quickly develop a deep understanding of Morgan Stanley’s products and strategies.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Business, or another related field. Additionally, this individual should have an in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including its terminology, regulations, and trends. The successful candidate should also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities: 1.Write clear and comprehensive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in accordance with Morgan Stanley’s guidelines and standards. 2.Develop a deep understanding of Morgan Stanley’s products and strategies. 3.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry, including its terminology, regulations, and trends. 4.Collaborate with other professionals, including other RFP writers, to ensure accuracy and quality of documents. 5.Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines. 6.Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the RFP writing process. 7.Ensure RFPs adhere to company standards and regulations. 8.Provide ongoing feedback and support to other RFP writers. 9.Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in order to effectively create RFPs that meet company needs. 10.Provide strategic and creative solutions to complex RFP challenges.
