- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Support financial advisors by managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing client documents, and maintaining client records.
- Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors, ensuring open and effective communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve any client issues or concerns, escalating to the appropriate parties as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Morgan Stanley's products and services in order to effectively assist clients and support financial advisors.
- Assist with new client onboarding and account maintenance, ensuring all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
- Continuously update and maintain client information and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow, supporting the overall success of the team and firm.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a high standard of excellence.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Regulatory Requirements.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In A Client-Facing Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Holds Relevant Licenses Such As Series 7 And Series 66, Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within A Specified Timeframe.
