- Provide exceptional service and support to clients by efficiently and effectively responding to their inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Morgan Stanley’s products and services to accurately answer client questions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, including processing transactions, account updates, and documentation.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Continuously strive to deepen relationships with clients by identifying and anticipating their needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
- Proactively identify and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and changes in policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to improve skills and stay informed on company updates.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Client Service Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Series 7 And 63 Licenses, Or Ability To Obtain Within 90 Days Of Employment.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Crm Software, Such As Salesforce.
