- Provide exceptional service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and requests, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Assist financial advisors in managing client relationships and portfolios, including account maintenance, trading, and performance reporting.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Morgan Stanley's products and services in order to effectively communicate with clients and provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, including account information and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Continuously educate yourself on industry trends, products, and services to enhance your knowledge and provide better support to clients.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including completing required training and certifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, promoting a positive and professional image of Morgan Stanley.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and processing paperwork.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Client Service Or Financial Services Industry.
Series 7 And 63 Securities Licenses.
Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Brokerage Accounts, Mutual Funds, And Retirement Accounts.
