- Provide exceptional client service to existing and potential clients.
- Assist financial advisors with managing client relationships and meeting their financial needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all client information and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all client interactions are in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Client Service Or Support Role Within The Financial Services Industry.
Finra Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or Ability To Obtain Within 3 Months Of Employment.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services Offered By Morgan Stanley, As Well As Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
